⚡ Creative Direction Policy

All design services require you to provide your own titles, wording, and design suggestions. Absolutely no "freestyle" designs will be created. Please do not book without clear creative direction. If you need guidance developing your ideas, a consultation call must be booked before placing your order.

Prior to making a purchase, please review She Made It, LLC's policy and contract terms available on our Policy Page. Upon placing your order, you will receive an automated email with your contract and design order form. Both must be signed and completed before work on your order begins.

The Process

We deliver your custom brand visuals and designs according to the package or proposal you choose. You agree to stay involved by completing all required forms, providing timely feedback, and maintaining open communication so your project stays on schedule.

Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround times vary by service:

  • Logos/Flyers/Graphics: 7–10 business days
  • Brand Packages: 21–28 business days
  • Websites: 3–4 weeks

Retainer clients receive priority 2–3 business day turnaround. Rush upgrades must be requested before the project begins and may require an additional fee. Turnaround time officially starts once your signed contract, order form, and full payment are received.

Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to book. Payment plans are available and must follow the agreed invoice schedule. Non-payment, late payments, or lack of communication may pause or cancel your project. All sales are final — no refunds once work has begun.

Revisions

Each a la carte service includes one round of up to three revisions. Packages include two rounds of up to three revisions each. Minor changes (e.g., color or placement updates) are included. Major changes or redesigns will incur a $60 fee per round. A full redesign request will require an inconvenience fee equal to 20% of the total order.

Project Abandonment

You are required to submit your signed contract, completed design form, and feedback within the stated timelines (2 business days for a la carte services, 14 business days for packages). If no communication is received for 7 business days after drafts are delivered, your project will be placed on hold. A $250 restart fee is required to resume. If no communication is received for 30 days, your project will be permanently canceled without refund, and future services may be denied.

Non-Refundable Policy

All payments are final. Refunds will not be issued once work has started. Due to the custom nature of our work, if you choose to cancel a project mid-way, any payments made will cover the work completed up to that point.

Final Delivery

Final design files are released once your final payment has cleared. You will receive the digital formats listed in your selected package (such as PNG, PDF, HTML, or Canva templates).

Ownership and Copyright

Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the final approved designs. However, raw design files, drafts, and working files remain the property of She Made It, LLC. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio, social media, or promotional materials.

All services are governed under U.S. law. Any disputes or claims will be handled professionally, fairly, and in accordance with applicable legal standards.
